Mayor Lumumba Speaks to Rotary Club of North Jackson on October 22, 2013

Recently elected and installed Jackson Mayor Chokwe Lumumba spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson at it's October 22, 2013 meeting. Mayor Lumumba discussed his goals for the City and what it will take for it succeed. He emphasized the need for  good jobs in the City and the need for shopping venues in addition to the well publicized infrastructure needs of the City.
