Ken Kercheval, Scout Executive and CEO of the Andrew Jackson Council of the Scouts/BSA, spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson during its June 13, 2023 meeting. Kercheval joined as leader of the Andrew Jackson Council in February of this year after service as Scout Executive with the Choctaw Council in Meridian for 15 years.
