Prayer
Eternal God, we acknowledge your gift of yet another day of life in which we can receive and implement your blessings. Having entered the month of September with its Rotary designation as New Generations Month, we give thanks for the hundreds of teenagers and young adults involved in Interact and Rotaract throughout the world. And now, for food and fellowship we offer thanks, and for all recurring opportunities to render service. Amen.

Jack Conway, Jr. Passing
Former Rotary Club of North Jackson member Jack Conway, Jr. passed away Augus 20, 2025. Jack was a member of our club for 44 years. His passion was distributing dictionaries to the 3rd graders at McLeod Elementary School for our club's dictionary project. Jack enjoyed it so much, that he was a book buddy at McLeod for many years. Services will be held Saturday, Sept. 27th at St. Phillip's Episcopal Church. Visitation will be held from 9:30a.m. until 11a.m. followed with the service.
September 2nd Meeting
Brittany Myburgh, JSU art history professor spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson during its September 2, 2025, meeting. Myburgh informed club members and guest about art history in the digital age. Myburgh, a New Zealander, talked about the role in technology in shaping the future of art education and research. Myburgh, talked about preserving and accessing art using advances in digital technology, including AI.
