Father of all mercies, on this summer day we gather here to not only break bread together, and to enjoy social interaction, but to be reinforced in our commitment to serve. Help us to use both our affluence and our influence in corporate structures, in private enterprises, and in social interchange, to advance the principles and causes we espouse as Rotarians. Bless our food and fellowship today that we may be empowered to go out and do good. Amen.
JPD Chief Speaks 7-21-26
Jackson Police Department Chief Dr. RaShall Brackney will be the guest speaker during our club meeting next week, July 21st. Chief Brackney was appointed as Jackson’s police chief by Mayor John Horhn and confirmed by the Jackson City Council, officially beginning her tenure on April 1, 2026.
Club Assembly
The Rotary Club of North Jackson held its annual Club Assembly and the Changing of the Guard Tuesday July 7, 2026, at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Jackson. The assembly was a time of fellowship and a meal. The Changing of the Guard was a time for Outgoing Club President Neelam Goel to pass the gavel to Incoming Club President Suzy Tubbs. The 2026-2027 club officers and directors were also sworn in. Here is the link to the video.
