Almighty God, as we gather for yet another weekly opportunity to renew out fellowship and to reaffirm our principles and purpose as Rotarians, we are grateful for the gift of repetition, for returning to a familiar place, conversing again with friends and colleagues we have greeted numerous times before. Hear out prayer of thanksgiving for food and fellowship, by which we are energized and strengthened for recurring opportunities to serve others. Amen.

Shower Power Donations
We are collecting items for Shower Power though the 1st quarter. There is a need for pop top can foods like sardines, Spam, tuna & chicken and other protein items.
District 6820 Foundation Gala
The Rotary District 6820 Foundation Gala and Celebration is April 10th & 11th at the Sheraton in Flowood. Registration is open with an early bird registration for both events of $150 for Rotarians that ends on 3/20. Spouse and guests can register for the Foundation Gala for $60. 70's attire is the request but not required. There are a "Paint and Sip" and a golf tourney on the 10th. March 10, 2026, Meeting
Keith Turner, environmental attorney, spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson during its March 10, 2026, meeting. Turner talked about the Peal River Federal Flood Risk Management Project, which is sometimes referred to the One Lake Project. The project was started in 2012 to widen the Pearl River channel from Lakeland Dr. to I-20 to create a flood risk management project. The project also creates recreation, and economic benefits.
