Day of Service
The club's officers and directors have voted to have a DAY OF SERVICE on the 5th Tuesday of months with them. Tuesday April 29th will be out 1st one. Instead of a noon meeting, we will meet from noon until 1p.m. at the Good Samaritan Center @114 Millsaps Ave, Jackson, MS 39202. Lunch will not be served. Park in the parking lot off of Mill Street on the North side of the building. Please use the sign-up sheet at the sign-in table if you plan to participate.

Thank you, O God, for the season of Spring and its message of new life declared beautifully by buds and blossoms, evidence of repetitive newness in nature, a principle which can be applied to human life, in the form of beauty reborn following the wintry seasons of life. April 15, 2025, Meeting
The Rotary Club of North Jackson recognized STAR Students and Teachers during its April 15, 2025, meeting. STAR Students and Teachers from Prep, MRA, St. Joe and Murrah were present. Also recognized but not present were students from JA and St. Andrews. Each STAR Student present received a certificate and $100. A STAR student must have an ACT score of at least 25 and an overall average of 93 or above in selected subjects in the ninth, tenth, eleventh, and first-semester twelfth grades. The teacher selected is, in the STAR Student’s opinion, the person who has made the greatest contribution to the student’s scholastic achievement.
