Club Announcements:
NO MEETING TUESDAY
We will not have our regular Tuesday noon meeting tomorrow, September 29th. We will have our club's 5th Tuesday Service Project. It will be at Big House Books. Big House Books is a non-profit, volunteer organization that sends free books by request to prisoners in Mississippi correctional facilities in order to promote literacy and be a vehicle of change for prison reform. Instead of having our noon meeting on September 29th, we will meet at Big House Books located at 133 Millsaps Ave., Jackson, MS 39202. Donation of paperback books and monetary donations are welcomed.

Let’s help our friends at Shower Power out. They are in need of bottled water, weekend travel bags, men's shoes sizes 10-14, men's paints sizes 30-34 and non-perishable food items with a pop-top. Bring the items to our meetings and we will deliver them.
September 22nd Meeting
Rodney DePriest the founder of REJXN, a nonprofit initiative focused on violence intervention and community restoration, spoke to the Rotary Club of North Jackson during their September 22, 2026, meeting. DePriest informed club members the purpose of REJXN is to create public safety through group violence intervention, infrastructure revitalization, job creation, and expanded homeownership opportunities.
