Prayer
O Lord of the universe, we dare to approach you in prayer because we have been invited to do so. You reach out to your people in love and with concern for our welfare. We are grateful for your attention. As these autumn days pass so quickly, we give thanks for the marvels of nature and for the relationship we can have with your world. Bless now to our physical use the food prepared for us, and to our need for sociability, the fellowship of the group. Amen.
