Club Assembly
Our annual Club Assembly will be held tomorrow night, July 7th @ St. Andrews Episcopal Church. If you haven't signed up or have and can't attend, please give Bill Osborne a call or text @ 601-594-5698 ASAP! It is a time for fellowship and a wonderful meal of beef tenderloin and sides prepared by the famous Holly Smokers cooking team from St. Andrews Episcopal Church. Our Changing of the Guard will be held during assembly. The assembly will start at 6p.m. with fellowship and will end around 8p.m. There will be a $45 charge to members who attend. Here are instructions for parking:
The entrance to St. Andrews is off the 1st parking level on the west wall (there is a sign). Go through there and enter the church and follow the sound of Rotarians. When you get to the top of the ramp, you will have to take a right turn and will be on the 1st parking level. You may park in any open space that is not “Reserved 24 Hours”. Should a space not be available you may park on a higher floor. It is possible the Garage Door may be closed if you arrive after 6PM. If so, you may exit your car and enter the code, 0305#, on the new keypad on the right side of the entrance to raise the garage door and then, enter to park.
